About Smartsystem

Since 2010 we have been connecting software with building automation — as a Loxone Gold Partner, awarded the Loxone Award in 2024. Three areas grew out of this: development and specialised Loxone projects under Smartsystem, the hotel platform Sareho, and the mySmartLox apps.

Sareho and mySmartLox are stand-alone products. This page shows which area fits which need.

The Sareho platform connects property-management systems such as Apaleo or Mews with Loxone building automation and a digital guest journey: online check-in, mobile keys, guest app, housekeeping and upselling. Built for hotels and apartment buildings from around 25 rooms. Founded in 2025 as an independent Sareho GmbH, grown out of Smartsystem's automation work.

MySmartLox

mySmartLox — apps for Loxone installations

Three SaaS products turn a Loxone installation into a bookable, billable system: mySmartSpaces (booking system with automatic door access), mySmartShop (digital honesty shop) and mySmartFleet (central Miniserver management with backups and updates). We build and operate them ourselves — hosted in the EU.

Does Smartsystem still carry out Loxone installations?
No, we no longer carry out standard installations. We program, integrate third-party systems and hunt down faults — for Loxone partners as well as operators. For a classic installation, use the Loxone partner search.
